Hey. I am facing an issue were a bought the conquest pass+ on the pc client a day ago and as soon as I did my game "lost connection" and it crashed. So I re opened it and I got all the rewards except the extra proving grounds attempt and access to the premium reward track. At least I assume I don't have the extra proving grounds attempt because it still says its locked and you need the pass+. Anyways I went to EA for help and after talking to support for a long time I was told to post here about my issue. The case number is 181540449. If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated, thank you!. Also one last note, for some reason even so I already bought the pass the game allows me to buy another one which I don't think is right.
