I can’t get into my ea account to unlink my psn

When I went to play battlefront two I played a couple of matches then I went to work when I got home it asked to log back into my ea account on my PlayStation I never logged out and I do not have a seas to the EA account password but I do know the email but I can not get into it to verify the two factor authentication.is there any way that you guys can get into my account and unlink my ea account to restart the game or somthing you guys need to fix your customer service and have a number so people can get help

Also I’ve tried the account recover but it just takes me in circles and dosent really help I’ve submitted multiple tickets and have two cases open

I have  spent money on this game and on the account and it feels like robbery or like the community is trying to get help from a brick wall it’s silly

I haven’t even gotten an email back the ea support is such a bad system that dosent work
