It's been a month since I was promised that someone will get back on me to fix my age issue and account linking concern. NOBODY helped me. This leaves me thinking you guys don't care about your players

Hi @gzhn3nfb06bb,
If your date of birth was input incorrectly, you'll need the help of the EA support team to update that. There are restrictions in place that remove that option on underage accounts to help prevent minors from tweaking their date of birth to get around the restrictions and access features like online game modes and chat.
If your account is set to underage by mistake, contact the support team directly so they can help you update it. The fastest way to get it is by contacting us in-game. Follow these steps to learn how and have your User ID noted down in case they need it to locate the account. They will need to verify you are the age you're claiming to be before they can make changes to the Date of Birth registered on your accounts so be prepared to provide proof of age.

I appreciate you sharing this but I already did those to 5 support and none can resolve it. I already provided them my national id and passport but they can't do it as they say my username was not different from the ids I provided. I already told them that the username I have was the default name I was given

They say that my username on my SWGOH account is different from the actual name that I have from the ids I gave them. Hence, they cannot change the age ingame so that I can connect my EA account to SWGOH.
