Been playing DAI since release.  Encountered this (and the other problems associated with maxing-out Perks) since my second playthrough.

This mod has been around for over a year, so not sure how I missed it.  But thanks to you, I have it now!

Yep, still happening on the latest version. Especially annoying since I'm on Ps4 and I can't cheat engine the problem away.
