Dragon age inquisition does not launch through epic games

Got Dragon age inquisition game through epic games. When launching the game through epic games the ea app just turns on and nothing happens. Epic games shows the game as running.

• Tried running both applications as administrator
• Turning off antivirus,
• Deleting launcher caches

Computer specs components: 

• AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
• ZOTAC GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Twin Edge GDDR6
• b650 motherboard
• Windows 11 pro

Your Windows is a N version, do you have the "Media Feature Pack for Windows N" (Microsoft page) installed?

If not please install it > restart the PC > Test.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

having same issue. and appears to be wanting to find origin. (though only once i ran as admin compat for windows 8)  Cant log into origin therefor will not run

Hi, I got Dragon Age Inquisition through Epic Games, but it doesn't launch. 

I hit the option Repair Files on the Epic Games app

I restarted the Epic Games App and the Epic Games App

Added the launchers to the exceptions to my antivirus (avast)

And restarted my computer

My version of Windows is 10, but not N, so the proposed fix doesn't work for me.

Can anyone help?
