DLCs do not work in the Steam version of the game

I've tried reinstalling the game three times, deleting it completely from the library, but the DLCs still don't work, I don't know what to do.

I already fixed it, I had to delete all saves and clear the game cache, but thanks for the answer anyway

Hi @Lord_Shlem14, Do you get an error message or do the DLC's appear not to be active?
