Carry1st proudly announced the opening of registrations for its exclusive Africa Cup, the continent's premier CODM (Call of Duty: Mobile tournament). The tournament is open to teams of players from South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, and Kenya. This is your chance to compete in a thrilling event that is truly one of a kind.

Get ready for a fierce battle when your squad is tested to the max! The tournament is scheduled to commence on June 21st, featuring intense qualifiers held within each country, and culminating in the grand finals later this year. This is not just a game, it's a serious competition.

Earlier this month, the Carry1st Africa Cup was introduced, poised to be Africa's most significant Call of Duty: Mobile competition. Today, registrations officially launch, with a dedicated portal welcoming teams from six African nations to join the qualifiers in the upcoming weeks.

The participating countries include South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, and Kenya. Each hosts its rounds of qualifiers leading up to the highly anticipated finals.

How can your team enter?

Head to the Carry1st Africa Cup website. Then complete the below 4 steps:

Step 1: Please log in or Create your Carry1st Account.

Step 2: Create or join your team from your profile page.

Step 3: Sign up for your country's regional groups stage qualifiers.

Step 4: Compete in the groups and playoffs to be invited to the finals.

Remember, this is a team-centric event. Individual registrations are not accepted. So, gather your squad! Teams must comprise a minimum of five players and a maximum of seven.

Organisers emphasise that you and your team cannot use emulators during qualifiers, allowing only smartphones and tablets for fair competition.

After the qualifying rounds, top-performing teams will convene for an electrifying showdown. According to a press release from Carry1st, the tournament will also recognise the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the grand finals, with MVP awards up for grabs across all regional matches.

When does the tournament kick-off?

The dates for the respective qualifiers are as follows:

  • South Africa: 28 June to 7 July.
  • Ghana: 28 June to 13 July.
  • Nigeria: 28 June to 14 July.
  • Egypt: 5 July to 20 July.
  • Morocco: 5 July to 21 July.
