Great VPN

Great VPN. I would give 5 stars if it had IP V6 support. Other than that it works well on Windows and Andriod using the apps and, after a little help from their great support, I got it working on my router. Their support responded very fast and told me what to do to get it working. What I found was above and beyond is that they checked back to make sure the problem was solved and that I had no other issues or questions.

Emails will not download to iPhone email app

I channel all my email accounts to my iPhone mail app. When the VPN is on, the mail will not download. I have to turn off the VPN. Also, several apps will not open with the VPN on and auto-connect activated. I have reported this several times in the past.

IP does exactly what it advertises at a…

IP does exactly what it advertises at a very reasonable price. I don't get inundated with unnecessary add-ons like password protection or dedicated servers. Installation was super easy. I'm new to IPs. Had one that cost twice as much and didn't deliver. Support had me jumping through hoops and eventually had to remove the IP manually and reinstall from an earlier restore point.
I would recommend IP Vanish to anyone new to IPs.

Sense of security.

Having the reassurance that when going on to websites to purchase items, I have that extra protection. Wish you could use this when banking, but it's prohibited.

It does what it claims to

It does what it claims to, and does it for a decent price. My service was up for renewal, at about a 100% price increase, so I reached out and got the new customer price, thanks. My question is however, why punish your existing customers with huge price hikes and force them to leave or contact you begging for a better deal? Why not offer discounts as time goes on, rather than increases?

They might not be the cheapest on the market but are still good value for money, what really makes them outstanding is their technical help should you ever be stupid enough to need it it . I was n they walk you through everything n available 24/7

Hard to beat

I have been with IPVanish for a few years now and never had a problem until this week but it was quickly resolved.
It is well priced and has plenty of connection options so a sound package for me.
I will renew my subscription when my current one runs out.

My account changed passwords on me and…

My account changed passwords on me and won't allow me to log in. I've been trying to call customer service and resetting my password, but I never get the email change code.

Recently the ipvanish list of stored locations for use in OpenVPN had t be updated for Linux Ubuntu and Debian. The older versions stopped working. Yet no notices were sent out to users. I sent a lot f time trying to figure out why my VPN did not work. This unforgivable

Decent VPN

Decent VPN with a good choice of locations to choose from. Unlimited connections for all your devices sets these guys apart from the crowd. Prices remain competitive too. Been with Ipvanish for years now and had very few issues, any of which have been resolved quickly.

Sent 5 support tickets after I was…

Sent 5 support tickets after I was charged, even having turned off auto renewal. Was offered a new cheaper deal, which I accepted multiple times, but have had nothing done. They refuse to respond to anything. Appalling customer service.
