Awful customer service and policies…
Awful customer service and policies which dont allow you to downgrade your own account. If you make a mistake and accidentally upgrade (WHICH IS AUTOMATIC) you cant turn this off yourself. You have to contact customer support who then send you a link to turn off the feature, then to downgrade your account they send you another link, if you dont get to the process quickly enough the link expires.
