Fixmysite.com solved a problem I had struggled with for over a week in one day, for a one-time fee. I did not have to purchase a subscription which credits would not roll over into the next month. I will definitely use them the next time I butt my head into the brick wall of not understanding computer code.

It's a little scary handing over control of your site to a stranger on the Internet, but FixMySite made it so easy. Literal super heroes! Halloween was scary in deed!!
My hosting company did not know what was wrong with my site, then they went radio silence. They did scans on malware, and phishing...but it was a more nuanced issue regarding a plugin conflict and I was missing interviews and recruiters trying to see my site. Luckily they fixed it in time for my interview tomorrow I am forever thankful and anytime I run into a jam... I am calling FixmySite Mauricio & Alex teamed up to solve a tricky issue to find and fix. First class is simply how I would put it. Our site had been hacked by a particularly nasty virus and Fixmysite.com fixed it beautifully. Super fast response even at Christmas time!. I have a WordPress site that is 8 yrs old and there were several issues beyond my abilities to fix that made the mobile site a mess. Mauro and his team addressed my issues and were successful at correcting all the problems. They responded promptly and were thorough and made me feel like someone was there working with me. It was nice to be able to reach out to someone that had skills that greatly surpassed mine to be able to figure out whatever wonky bs was going on. I greatly appreciate having this resource. My site was hacked through a wordpress vulnerability and turned into spam central. The web-hoster blocked it and, in doing a server side check removed several good files as well as malware. I attempted to fix this and probably made it worse. In short, the site was a cat's breakfast that I thought was broken for good. In desperation, I turned to Fixmysite - they repaired it within a few hours, removed malware and installed extra security. These guys are wordpress geniuses - I should have contacted them straight away.

The best thing about fixmysite.com has been their customer service. I worked with a handful of other site-fixing websites and their customer service was TERRIBLE - incredibly rude and unprofessional. Fixmysite was a breath of fresh air. Faycal was responsive, professional, friendly, and willing to make requested changes if things didn't turn out as I was hoping on the first try. I've already opened up more tickets with them for their customer service alone. Their prices are pretty reasonable, too.

I have used this service many times to keep my internet store running properly. Each time they fixed the problem with no delays and the fix worked! Their prices are more than reasonable and they have never asked for additional funds even though the work may have required more time and effort than originally estimated.
