  • Luang Prabang, Laos ‘This photo captures novice monks at around 6am as they wake up to collect alms offerings. Each morning, these young monks follow a tradition that is centuries old. The young monk yawning in the lineup perfectly mirrored how I felt that early morning. This image symbolises the blend of dedication and humanity in their daily ritual. It was amazing. It’s a small glimpse into a vibrant cultural practice of the people of Laos.’
