As others have mentioned over a month ago, the download is broken. Old version works, but I don't know if there is any difference between the old and new versions?

I wanna try out this quest but the download doesn't work for me when I install it into vortex as I get an error that says, "installation failed, archive is damaged". Any solution for this issue?
