Redneck Rampage Revision v3.4
Full VersionThe third version of Redneck Rampage Revision. Now comes with its own executable, running on a modified version of Rednukem.
Redneck Rampage Revision is designed to address the greatest issues of the not-so-classic 1997 game and its sequel. The changes are as follows:
Weapons:
-The Scattergun had its spread reduced in half, and now has a slightly more coherent reloading animation.
-The Revolver does double the damage it originally did, making it a much better starting weapon.
-The Hunting Rifle and Alien Arm Gun had their recoil removed.
-Max ammo for the Ripsaw increased to 60.
-The Powder Keg's explosion is now strong enough to take out most of the higher-tier foes.
-Dynamite crates now do not explode when shot.
Enemies:
-Alien Minions are now slightly taller, which makes them less difficult to hit when they're standing in water. They also have less health and their projectiles no longer mess with your view.
-The Alien Vixen's machine guns do less damage, and also have a proper sound effect for when they teleport.
-Sheriffs had their health reduced in the original game to match their Rides Again counterparts.
-The blue Alien Hulk encountered at the end of Rides Again now has double the health of their standard counterparts, so that it could become a proper boss fight.
Miscellaneous:
-Keys no longer look identical, like every other FPS from the time.
-The sheer amount of toilet humor has been toned down.
-Chickens are now easier to shoot with the autoaim.
-Drinking will now reduce the gut meter.
-Some notable bugs have been addressed, such as the lack of screen flashing when taking damage from certain attacks or the dog's melee bite having infinite range.

Thanks a bunch for creating/releasing this. Any plans to make it combinable with the HD textures mod?
The mod has potential, it's a shame the game didn't had a modding community similar to duke 3D or Blood, but then again, xatrix entertainment never released the source code nor did polish the game (unsurprising considering that video games are contract work)
I believe the reason why the other Build games don't have the same amount of mods as Duke Nukem 3D is because none of their source ports offer the same level of mod support as EDuke32, so you can't just change stuff without altering the source code (like this mod).
TYSM for making this mod!
I knew I wasn't alone thinking this game needed a balancing rework.
Though I feel a little bit more could be done with this, any likelihood of improving the other weapons they feel more impactful or less weak?
The Shotgun I feel could have a tighter spread, the AK-47 I think needs a damage boost, and maybe the Ripsaw could do more damage and (if possible) give it's projectiles a piercing effect (IE go through and damage multiple enemies).
This is probably a dumb question, but does this work with Route 66 and Rides Again too?
