Happy Night 2.0 Final Director's Cut
Postal 2 : Happy Night is a single player experience set in the Postal 2 Universe featuring a unique dismemberment system and wonderful Christmas story. The story takes place at a early date (31 December 1994) & location before the events of Postal 2. Dude need find way to celebrate this Christmas and do not lost place to stay.
Will Dude survive the night? Will he be able to save all that is expensive for him?

Happy Night is the result of over 1.5 year of nights & weekends creating custom levels, code, models, sounds, and more by a four developers. To help bring the Postal2 engine up to date several new features are included:

  • Integrated ragdoll dismemberment
  • Integrated few animations and situational awareness on multiple AI types
  • Improved support for complex KArma physics structures
  • Absolutely new plot with a lot of errands
  • Support for a large amount explodable objects
  • Enhanced shop system (buying, selling)
  • Improved weapons system with many different interactions
  • Weapons upgrades
  • Actual working vehicles
  • Enhanced arcade game systems (Sonic Adventure, Mario Bros, Fruit Ninja, Racing)

Changelog 2.1:
- xPatch's 2.9 EARLY VERSION will be exclusive to HN2.1
- Menu was updated, restored HN classic game mode
- The reloading has been reworked using xPatch's 2.9
- Added new controls keys to edit in menu (use, reload, etc), restored option to turn reloading on and off
- Updated the HUD, it now uses proper scaling for icons and the numbers have a white color. Red and white, goes really well with the Christmas clothes dude have!
- Updated Dude's head model to the AW one
- Corrected any weird english sentences

If anyone wants to play the mod on the latest anniversary version of the game, I had these problems that weren't present in the previous ones.

1. In mini-games in arcade machines, there are separately hanging hands that do not affect the game.
2. I had a lot of crashes on the Main Street map, the other maps are fine.
3. Apparently this is just due to the new version of the game, because automatic weapons stop firing and you can not even change weapons. In the original I had it with Glock, but here it happens with all automatic weapons. Toward the end of the mod where you have to shoot a lot it will be very annoying. In the last version of the original game before the anniversary I didn't have this problem and neither did the mod.

Question theirs like an happy night ini and theirs some option to turn back the spas 12 and the crossbow to their old version but it seems not work

Mission music is way louder than other music, and pausing while doing something else like kicking freezes the game.
