Secret Service: Security Breach puts you in charge of protecting the leader of the free world. Use your skills and instincts to defend the President from terrorism!
Security Breach is the sequel to Secret Service: In Harm’s Way although it abandons most of the features that distinguished it's predecessor from other FPS games. The complex mission briefings have been replaced with single page load screens, the customizable weapon load-outs were dropped in favor of “start with a pistol and loot bigger guns” and health packs now allow you to painlessly heal wounds.
As for the standard FPS benchmarks: Security Breach has 9 weapons, 10 levels, and no multiplayer modes.
Secret Service 2 has a slight viewbob where the camera tilts back and forth as you move around. It's especially noticeable when strafing and sprinting at the same time.
Thankfully it is possible to disable which I'll show you now.
This is actually a bit tricky. Depending on your system the cfg files can be in multiple places.
On pre-Windows Vista systems the cfg files are located in
*your game directory*\ss2\settings
On Windows Vista and up however Windows will save cfg and save game files into this folder.
C:\Users\*your user account*\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Activision Value\Secret Service Security Breach\ss2\settings
Now open up autoclient.cfg in notepad and scroll down to these values.
roll_angle 0.007
roll_freq 2
strafe_roll_angle 0.018
strafe_roll_rate 1
Set all of these to zero and save the file. Then start the game. The player's view now no longer rumbles from side to side like a car.
