The reason people focus on those "unnecessary" thing it's because they are fun. 😂 Putting in the work is NOT fun.

But the fun part is saying your agency is in pre-funding "stealth mode". As you get to register domain names from drop shipping, peer-to-peer, AirBnB for sharing Y, blockchain, crypto, NFT and last but not least AI.
