What a blast. Finished the marathon of MACH Three, which were 2 days of intensive learning, making connections, meeting potential new partners and sharing war stories with a lot of industry leaders. Big shout to the heros that co-ran the 3 workshops 👨💻 Andreas Westendörpf, Morten Næss, Graham Morris, Stuart Guest-Smith, Paul Curtis and Ryan McKeena. A special shout for the MACH team that composed such an amazing event. Holly Hall, Shellie Urquhart, Shannon Aviña, Emma-Jane Corcoran, Amber Bartholomeusz, Jamie Hancox, Casper Aagaard Rasmussen and all the rest of the team and crew.     Employee turnover and retention is a big challenge for companies. One of the things I can say I'm proud to have achieved at divbrands is getting to zero voluntary turnover, with a twist. Our only leaver in the past 2.5 years, is now coming back. That, seems a good indication that I might be doing something right. If I can place a bet, that would be probably on being always open and transparent. Listen to the team and, set expectations in the right place.     SEO plays a massive part in any brand's growth strategy. If not already, it will soon be turbo-charged with the advent of LMAO. LMAO, Language Model & AI Optimisation, is the inevitable optimisation of online results for training language models. It's not a matter of IF but WHEN and HOW. The content you feed today to the internet might be tomorrow's truth on an AI-powered search response or assistant. Unless some decent checks and guards are put in place to guarantee this doesn't happen, which we are very far behind, we will surely need to start considering the consequences and impact of LMAO. #llm #ai #seo #fakenews #skynet #lmao
