UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to become an integral part of our growing design team. This position will partner to create features for our browser product while finding unique ways for users to interact with those features. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Browser team to research, prototype, create, test, and optimize cutting-edge features and solutions for everything within the portfolio. The ideal applicant is methodical/analytical and has the design skills required to create stunning user experiences.

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct user and market research, create user flows, and build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs based on our UI framework to tackle difficult UX problems
• Design systems that prioritize simplicity and adaptability
• Be prepared to propose ideas to the internal team and produce work in a variety of media
• Develop a thorough comprehension of existing user workflows and continuously explore methods to develop, test, and improve them
• Don't be shy. Give and request feedback. Keep an eye out for chances to improve work quality and set higher standards for everyone
• Create end products that are highly functional, understandable, and visually impressive

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
