About the Role:

Join a dynamic and innovative team as a ServiceNow Engineer for a leading Fortune 100 company! We’re looking for a skilled professional to work remotely and focus on our health scan and security center findings for the rest of the year. If you have a robust development background and experience in these areas, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate & Implement: Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Document & Design: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, process flow diagrams, and test cases.
  • Customize & Extend: Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies to customize and extend ServiceNow modules.
  • Automate & Optimize: Develop and implement workflows, forms, scripts, and notifications to automate and streamline business processes.
  • Test & Troubleshoot: Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of ServiceNow solutions, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Integrate & Innovate: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems, and stay updated with the latest features and best practices to propose continuous improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or similar role, with expertise in designing and developing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Scripting & Integration: Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions) and familiarity with REST and SOAP web services and API integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
