Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Manager in Clearwater, FL. Responsibilities:

• Senior Financial Reporting Manager will utilize ERP system to map GL accounts and ensure accurate financial data recording
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L statements for multiple business units and across different currencies (US and Canada)
• Oversee the consolidation of financial data from multiple locations
• Collaborate with senior staff accountant to review GL entries, recompilations, accruals, and prepaids
• Work closely with senior financial reporting CPA to assist in assembling financial reports
• As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will perform manual manipulation of reports as needed, including running financial reports, and following up on edits
• Take ownership of financial reporting systems, including adding new locations, GL accounting, mapping accounts, and adding payment methods
• Provide support for reporting to banks and board presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification a plus
• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and proficiency in financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamics 365 preferred
• Experience with multi-location environments and currency conversion is a plus
• Management experience a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
