We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. As a QA Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the required standards and are free of defects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation, and scripts.
Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report test results.
Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely.
Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
Participate in requirements/design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in manual software testing.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), software development methodologies, and quality processes.
Experience with various testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
