Summary of the opportunity

  • Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading tech company in the industry
  • Role Summary: You will manage calendars, provide team support, assist with procurement of goods and services, handle headcount transactions, set up new hires, coordinate travel, and contribute to various administrative functions within the team.


What are the key responsibilities?

  • Provides complex administrative support for business groups/global regions.
  • Prioritizes own time, high-level manager’s time.
  • Makes administrative decisions and requests on behalf of high-level managers.
  • Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events.
  • Uses diplomacy and professionalism to draft communications for high-level manager.
  • Proficient in the advanced features of Microsoft products/tools.
  • Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy, and acts as an information resource to the business group.
  • Anticipates and removes administrative roadblocks and makes timely decisions across the business group.


What experience are we looking for to drive success?

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
  • An outstanding customer service mindset and proactive communication skills.
  • An eye for organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and keen to develop a deep understanding of the research environment..


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing ambiguous situations with guidance.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize multiple requests effectively.
  • Skilled at navigating corporate tools and comfortable with occasional manual handling up to 20 lbs.
