Fairstead is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and organization, ready to handle both professional and personal tasks. This position promises a dynamic and rewarding journey which could lead to a Chief of Staff role. Your expertise will be met with the highest level of compensation, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding top talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage executive's schedule, including making appointments and prioritizing conflicting demands.
  • Anticipate executive's needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to support their efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and managing household matters.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain executive’s contacts and relationships, including updating contact lists and organizing events.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for executive, screening calls, emails, and visitors to manage their time effectively.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in executive support, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

  • years of experience in providing high-level executive support, preferably to a CEO, in a fast-paced environment.
  • interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.
