“I only have 3,000 words to talk about Ron. Which isn't enough to be honest. Ron is one of the best leaders I've had through my career. Because not only he truly cares about the work. He also truly cares about the people. One of the biggest things I've learned from this great creative leader is that ideas have to be succinct. Our idea is the consequence of the brand strategy. So his vision as a CCO really helped push the team into simplicity, which leads to innovation. Keeping things simple. Besides the work Ron not only helped push my leadership skills, but he also trusted me while I was doing it. And this only leads to growth. So thank you Ron for giving the opportunity to grow. But most importantly the opportunity to learn from you. I know we'll work together again at some point. In the meantime, I'll be cheering for you and the team.
