lol took me awhile to find it with the spam sports threads.

So I finally got around to watching The Walking Dead and what the hell have I been missing?! This show is awesome!

The first episode is pretty awesome, with a 28 Days Later vibe. The show's not consistent though, it'll have great episodes sporadically and the pacing can get pretty low at points. But yeah, it's definitely a cool show.

Snow day, fitting day to play SSX. I just wish the weather had waited a day...

Yeah the first episode was pretty awesome.

I played a little SSX yesterday myself although since the network was done I couldn't collect any of my winnings.

Without the online pass I don't think I can make money doing the online stuff. But I'm okay with that, I'm glad I can play it online.

I rented it.

I beat the main campaign and I went back and did 7 of the deadly descents without the required gear. The Antarctica one is too hard to beat without the insulator though.

I also did a few things on the explore section. Sending it back tomorrow, since ME3 will take up all my time for a while anyway.

Yeah, I tried to not think about it by playing RB3 tonight. I've gotten in the top 1% on guitar in 20 songs now.

Nice! Also good idea of a distraction.

SFxT is pretty damn fun! Gonna take awhile to get used to the tag system though before I can come up with good switch combos.

Had to do a system update, and I'm in the process of installing the first disc while downloading the DLC. So much preparation.

There's so much stuff in the game. And everyone has something new to say after each story mission. I feel like I'm getting nowhere.

The weekend will be here soon, and then there will be time to make progress.

Also got Real Steel from Netflix. Gonna watch that sometime soon.

Mass Effect 3 ending was a giant disappointment, but the rest of the game was second to none.

Gonna watch Real Steel and Tintin today.

I've heard that about the ending that it disappointed a lot of ME fans.

Yup. It's two more people than it was a few months ago.

And yeah, the ME3 ending caused an absurdly huge uproar from fans. It will be interesting to see what Bioware will do with the feedback.

People expect way too much from games now.

There is speculation of the ending not being what it seems and intentionally deceptive so that a real ending would be made as DLC later. If the theory is true, it would honestly be a pretty awesome twist, but Bioware/EA would be awful for making us pay for the real ending. However, I'd be more happy for a better ending to ME3 than I would be angry at Bioware.

Anyway... Real Steel was pretty good. Pretty cliche, but fun.

Yeah I remember seeing Reel Steel in theaters when it came out and was surprised it was better than I thought it would be.

Tintin was pretty good too. Felt a little anticlimactic at the end though.The motion capture stuff worked out great, the whole movie seems very polished.
