I think the best part of this episode is when Castiel and start making out.

Just because we weren't shown the transition with the reapers doesn't mean they weren't there. Reapers don't help a soul move on. They are the sole reason that a soul moves on. That's what we've been told and shown since Season 1. Remove the reapers, like in "In My Time of Dying" or "Death Takes a Holiday", and then people aren't able to die, even if they're suffering from a mortal wound.

Now you're just contradicting yourself my friend. In one hand you say both Dean or Sam are too stubborn to move on and yet we are shown an episode when they move on against their will. The facts seems to say otherwise in this case; Dean and Sam died and went to heaven without becoming ghosts first, therefore not everyone turns into a ghost when they die and needs a reapers help to move on. It really is that simple
