I'm glad you do because that was a major pain in the ass. Not just putting it together with pictures, but I had to go through and individually update everyone's record. I'm pretty sure I got it all right.

As for our rankings, it seems that the only one needing updating so far is HW, with Werdum beating Gonzaga. Kongo is also questionable after his loss to Herring. Anyways I enjoyed doing this and we will have to re-vote every so often and update this thread (it will be stickied).

Nog doesn't go anywhere IMO. He is the clear #2 behind Fedor. Werdum does need to drop down and if we have Kongo on there, Herring should probably be one notch above him. As for Barnett, I already had him above Couture on my list when we originally voted. For obvious reasons too... he's better, has a better record against better opponents, and he defeated Couture when they fought.

We ranked him at LHW because that is where his recent fights were at. We're not putting any fighters on more than one list (aside from P4P of course).

If Hendo stays at MW, next time we re-vote, we will move him over.

I haven't heard anything definitive yet. Personally I think he should stay at MW and work his way back to a rematch with Anderson Silva. He could still beat him if he stays focused on ground and pound. Plus that division needs his talent more than the LHW division does.

I don't see how this is funny. It makes complete sense.

P4P is mostly a matter of personal opinion and the combination of fights at all weightclasses. The weightclass rankings are done using just fights at that weightclass, and Penn hasn't fought enough yet at LW to move him near the top. Lets face it, since moving down he has two fights. One against Pulver who is really a featherweight, and one against Stevenson.

His P4P ranking comes from his skillset and potential, as well as the fact that he has fights against guys all the way up to Light heavyweight. At MW, he beat Renzo Gracie and at LHW he took Lyoto Machida to a decision. At WW, he beat two of the top ranked fighters in Matt Serra and Matt Hughes. These fights should not affect his LW ranking, but they do affect his P4P ranking.

We will have to do a new vote after Penn-Sherk.
