How much would it cost to take the $37,000 one that looks like it’s falling apart and make it look like this fancy one?

I suppose if restoration is like $50,000 or less then I can see how that’s a deal.

It looks cool. Like something a villain in Dick Tracy would drive.
I am so tempted. If I sold my car and my guitar, I could get the financing down to about $15,000.

No joke, I have wanted an XKE since grade school.. It's my ultimate car.

42 inches for $900 isn't much of a deal friend. Maybe something not in OLED (which is amazing but pricey)?

make a slickdeals alert for u7h and u8h, those are the best budget options for 120hz and non-oled

u7h is 500 at walmart atm. and u8h is like 700ish iirc so its almost as much as the lg c2

no super good deals but those are the two tvs you want to track

Was looking at that uh7 already actually, 800+ nits sounds incredible and it's color accuracy is through the roof. The 200 dollar OLED though, has variable refresh rate down to 48hz so I guess no weird frames in 24fps movies, and at that price it's a pretty good deal. Only around 400 nits though with some blooming but again, a great deal. thnx m00.

np anytime

i would think there should be more viable 120hz options in 2023 than just hisense

i should mention that the u8h has a 4k 120hz upscaling problem. it only upscales the vertical portion to 1440p. other than that its the tv everybodys using (or the lg c2)

Got it all set up, turned off all the true motion stuff, adjusted the picture settings, it's beautiful, great black levels, way brighter than my previous tv monitor. I see it has a lot of complaints in reviews (73% positive) I'm guessing a lot of folks just don't know/bother with adjusting stuff and use it as is out of the box. It was a great deal, thanks m00.

Only $990 dollars! Get 'em while they're hot!

"palladium-plated Clou de Selle snap closure "

The logo is plated in palladium, one of the rarest metals on earth, useful in all manner of scientific experiments (including fusion) if the entire world's supply was gathered up it would probably fit in your living room... That is, completely unnecessary. A search for the term "clou de selle" shows it means "nail of the saddle" and just about all the results are from this brand, so it's jargon. Sounds better than "palladium-plated Hermes logo" I guess. Lame.

Good headset for the price. Today only. I picked one up as a backup, or if needed for a 2nd person.

I picked up the 4th Gen Echo (big one, not the Dot) for $35 after my 25% discount in a trade in. Got rid of a 3rd Gen Dot.
