Not for me after 3 hours. I love old school JRPG's but this homage to it falls short. Doesn't do much to keep you engaged when it comes to creativity nothing in this game I haven't seen. I find hard to grind for levels especially when they try to make this game harder than your typical RPG. If your going to raise the standard as far as difficulty goes then make it easy to grind. In order to grind you need to leave an area completely to respawn the baddies and then your xp gains are drastically low. After 3.5 hours I was level 4! A level is about 1000 xp but your getting 30 or 60 xp?? Doesn't make sense to me. Story is lame nothing new at all kids that are meant to save the world and poor writing.

A sandbox minecraft style game with pokemon and no story. I'm not a minecraft fan and although I was super excited for this game ever since it was announced this game looks totally different than what they showed. This is maybe for Minecraft fans that like pokemon but Fortnite Lego is probably better? What a letdown maybe it will get better since its still early release but its not a good start, I highly doubt I'll come back to this garbage.

As much as I wanted to love this game it's just not for the avg casual racing gamer. It can get too convoluted with all the tuning and parts. As much as I tried to read and understand it became too much. Then the challenges where they place in you a setting where you don't pick anything basically skill based even on the easiest setting it was taking me multiple tries to complete and quickly became annoying rather than a feeling of achievement. My favorite racing game was Tokyo Extreme Racer and that had some tuning and whatnot but not hardly as complicated and after years of avoiding racing games I decided to give this a try and 10 hours in I decide it to drop it. If you love the idea of spending hours looking at numbers and changing parts just for making your car 1 sec faster then this is for you if your a casual then avoid it.

Madden NFL 24Beat

After 170 hours (mainly in MUT mode) I have reached the point that I'm not having fun. This is the first Madden game I take seriously and devoted to learning as I was always a basketball guy not so much football. That said I began having a lot of fun. I played the very popular mode MUT because my cousin has been playing it for years and he's been trying to get me to play so we can play co-op and yeah co-op is actually good as far as it works because you pick offense or defense and plays its well done. EA has this particular sport dominated with no other contender as the sole NFL game. This as you would expect breeds laziness and poor decisions driven by greed. As much money as EA makes off this game there is zero excuse for the many bugs the game has. You will experience missing coins (currency to buy players, cards etc.), glitched plays, buggy animations and constant in game lag and disconnects. When there was a bug that allowed players to get some free cards that was patched within 24 hours but other bugs thats been on the game since release they don't care. I had fun in MUT mode until I got a decent team OVR and then every upgrade for my team started becoming very expensive and playing people with a significant higher OVR is not fun. Bottom line stay away unless you play offline or with friends although some things will be buggy its playable but stay away from MUT as its main target is to get you addicted like a casino.

Yakuza 7 new attempt at an RPG type combat left me not wanting for more of it. While the combat isnt horrible I did feel like it slowed down the exploration and style of the game that I learned to love. This game added a significant amount of things to do which and collectibles but the thing is all Yakuza games already had a million things to do so this is overkill to the point where this is the first yakuza game that I don't complete all substories because after 60+ hours and was not able to max out certain stats that are necessary for these substories and its sort of ridiculous. The main story is fine typical Yakuza story but definitely not the best and at least for me the new main character doesn't cut it for me and I cant learn to love him the same way I do for Kiryu or even Majima. I give it a 7 because it's decent but I hope they return back to a active battle system and tone it down with the extra things to do.

Being an mmo it has way too much AFK and in some cases it's a good thing but when you over do it then it can ruin what a MMO is. The co-op fails miserably out of all things the only thing you want a friend for is the raids bc its the only thing you can do with your friends other than that is pointless to be in a party I found myself not even needing my friend at all even though we were playing together.

Made it to the first boss and im done. They decided to make this harder than any other souls games I can think of with no co-op, limited healing and insanely stupid long boss health bars. This is for the tryhards and well they can enjoy it I'll pass.

As a 35-year-old father, I found some uncomfortable things. I don’t want to be prudish, but as a male player, finding bras and ******* in the moving boxes felt really weird. If the developers had included a way to choose the gender and let the items in the boxes correspond with that gender, it might not have been so awkward. I gave up after the second room, the boxes of kotex really did it for me I mean **** might as well a*****s, **** and condoms while you're at it. Disgusting.
Edit: The fact that pant and ies and other words are excluded tell you something lol.

A COD clone. Does little to stand out but it does have a nice balance when it comes to movement and shooting. There aren't any crazy out of this world skills or movements which grounds the style of the game which to me was pleasing. However the weapons need balancing especially the snipers. That's the reason I stopped playing it. It's free so definitely worth a play but that's about it unfortunately doesn't do anything innovative to pull players from other established games in the genre.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is definitely a must-play for fans. The traversal and movement was one of the best up to this point, which was really needed. Plus, I think this was the best AC to come out when it did. The voice acting was also well done.
My only complaint is that the story was kind of up and down and I wasn’t always invested enough to really follow. It needed deeper story arcs. Having two playable characters was also a little meh, but overall it was fine.

I played Pioneers of Olive Town for about 15 hours before I decided to quit. I like a lot of things about the game, but there are a lot of things that limit the gameplay that I find very annoying. The stamina and daily time cap limit what you can do, and you end up having to give up on some things and take a day to get other stuff done. I wanted to like and enjoy the game, but it went from cozy to feeling like a chore.

A cool and satisfying JRPG, nothing that stands out or innovative but the pacing and length makes it worthwhile. If your itching to play a JRPG that's not particularly long this is a good option. The story is decent although takes almost near the end to really know what's going on but it's worth it.

I've never been into Fallout games but after the show I decided to give them a try by playing 76. I spent about 10 hours and I'm done with it. It feels very dated and the whole multiplayer thing doesnt do it for me. Perhaps other people will have more fun but this game is in need of so many life of quality improvements although a lot of them are locked via passes or subscription which obviously cost real money and that's a no no for me for a game like this. I had some fun but quickly the fun faded away once I realized how many things are locked or developers just dont care.

Good DLC I really liked this DLC. It's basically an 8-hour Yakuza story, and it's very well done. If it had some side quests, it could have been a standalone Judgment game. I actually preferred the combat with Kaito to the combat with Yagami. If you played the regular story of Lost Judgment, then this DLC is basically a must-play.

I absolutely loved the original game when it first came out, and I'm equally impressed with this remastered version. The overhaul of graphics is very good, and I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting the game. I noticed mixed and negative reviews on Steam mentioning bugs and glitches, I personally didn't experience any issues.
The art style is fantastic, and the combat remains as awesome as ever. It's the combat system that drew me into the original game, and I'm surprised there aren't more similar games with this combat system. I'm hopeful for a sequel or another game featuring this combat, but with improvements. I think it has lots of potential.
Overall, this game is definitely worth playing and is a testament to the enjoyment of the original.

This is perhaps the best 1-to-1 rendition of a licensed property in gaming that I've ever experienced. The Harry Potter world is brought to life in an amazing way, with perfect attention to detail—from the Great Hall to Hogsmeade and even the little things like the Fat Lady and magical creatures. I've never encountered such immersive world-building in other licensed games.
In terms of gameplay, combat is fantastic and makes you feel like a true wizard, although I sometimes find myself confused about spell management. However, it's a minor issue that doesn't detract significantly from the experience.
The story has some pacing issues reminiscent of the first couple of Harry Potter movies, but the ending makes the journey worthwhile. This game is a must-play for any Harry Potter fan, and I eagerly anticipate more from Avalanche Studios.

Another hit for RGG Studios. Not the best Yakuza game but nonetheless it does deliver. An outstanding and magnificent story which does carry the game like all other Yakuza games which is the one thing I feel they always do right. The story does have some pacing issues especially those later chapters with some very long cutscenes but the ending makes it worth it. Awesome side missions and stuff to do again just like their other games. This game has probably one of the most boring fighting styles and that's one of the reasons I didn't rate this a 9.
