Triple murder suspect Kyle Clifford was arrested in hospital today following the crossbow deaths of three family members of a BBC racing commentator. The 26-year-old was found with injuries in the Hilly Fields area of Enfield, North London , on Wednesday following a manhunt which lasted for a number of hours. Clifford was taken to hospital for treatment, and has now arrested on suspicion of murder today. Hertfordshire Police said he remains in hospital in a serious condition. Carol Hunt, 61, the wife of BBC 5 Live commentator John Hunt, and two of their daughters, Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25, were found fatally injured at a house in the quiet cul-de-sac of Ashlyn Close in Bushey, Hertfordshire, just after 7pm on Tuesday.

The US President's worst ever gaffes came at a NATO summit in Washington and left his political future further hanging by a thread. The 39-year-old woman was left with bite marks and injuries to her breasts in the attack in a hotel room in the city of Mendoza, Argentina, according to her lawyer Natacha Romano. French international rugby players Hugo Arado (left), 20, and Oscar Jegou (right), 21, were arrested on rape and assault charges in Buenos Aires on Monday. They have denied the accusation, and say sexual relations with the woman were consensual. The players were transferred from Interpol 's Buenos Aires headquarters to Mendoza on Thursday, where they are expected to be formally charged today. Romano said her client was hospitalised on Thursday after feeling ill emotionally and physically 'because of everything that happened.' She previously said that the woman had suffered 'fierce' violence at the hands of her assailants in a hotel room, with injuries to her face, back, breasts, legs and ribs as well as various bite and scratch marks.

Anant Ambani, the son of India 's richest man, Mukesh Ambani will tie the knot with Radhika Merchant, the daughter of a wealthy pharmaceutical mogul in a traditional Hindu ceremony at JIO World Convention center in Mumbai later this afternoon. Horrifying footage shows a woman and her partner locked in a toxic battle at Fort Lauderdale Airport as she unloads a vicious verbal attack on him in public. The cringe-worthy video shows the woman berating her boyfriend for more than two minutes as he calmly takes it in but never reacts. In one shocking moment, he labels him 'a loser' and shouts at the top of her lungs 'I hate you'. When the couple are approached by airport security, the man's explanation of their situation only further confused viewers.

This is the heart-in-mouth moment a Boeing 777 jet packed with passengers scraped its tail hundreds of metres along an Italian runway.  The 777 jet, part of the Chilean airline Latam's fleet, was seen dragging its tail along the runway of Milan Malpensa Airport, in northern Italy, on Tuesday.  Video footage showed the plane, which can carry more than 500 passengers at a time, unable to lift off as smoke and debris fly behind it during the failed take-off.

A grandfather and his friend, both nudists, thwarted a man attacking tourists with a blowtorch in San Francisco's Castro area. Pete Sferra and Lloyd Fishback intervened when the assailant, identified as 38-year-old Zero Triball, was seen on video threatening people, including a local shop owner and a tourist Sferra highlighted his desire to normalize nudism and be seen as positive community members.

A famous Russian bear tamer has been slaughtered by one of two beasts she kept at her home  Alyona Maslyanova, 50, died when a predator escaped from its cage and savaged her in Pargolovo village, near St Petersburg in Russia.  A distressing video showed the bear walking around a blood-spattered cage, before panning to the right to show her mutilated body lying face-down on the ground. 

FDNY firefighters were seen breaking into a car in the Bronx that was blocking a fire hydrant they needed to use to put out a massive fire on on June 20. The unidentified owner of the car owes $9,255.28 in fines dating back to 2023. In two years the driver has racked up 33 fire hydrant violations.

The pug and Chinese Crested cross will make her A-list film debut after bagging a coveted role in the upcoming flick, starring Ryan and Hugh Jackman. Peggy will star as the furry sidekick of Ryan's titular character Deadpool - and she's called Dogpool. Taking to the red carpet for a sneak peak event at the Eventim Apollo on Thursday, Peggy sported the costume she wears in the film. Peggy was voted as Britain's ugliest dog last year and is owned by Holly Middleton, from Leven, East Yorkshire.
