I've used old wired controllers for the longest time. I bought one of these to start using my Pro 2 with my PS2, and it works perfectly. Connects in 2 seconds and there is no lag at all. Loved it so much I bought a second one formy PS1. One minor issue, out of the box it does not support the analog switch capability you see on old PlayStation controllers. This is very quickly fixed though with an update to the firmware, done through PC easily. After that, everything is flawless. Highly recommend this if you're looking to go wireless with old PlayStation consoles.

This is something I had in my cart for about a year. I thought the price was a bit steep for what essentially is a Bluetooth adapter but I got so tired of waiting for a sale just to save a couple of bucks that I decided to treat myself since I just acquired a Japanese ps2. And boy oh boy. This is well worth the money.

The adapter instantly connects to the ps4 controller with no issues whatsoever and that’s all it does. It doesn’t do anything more, or anything less. It does it’s job and it’s god damn good at it. After booting the ps2 just click the home button on the ps4 controller after pairing and boom. Flawlessly works every time. I matched it with the hyperkin ps2 hdmi it feels amazing. Don’t be cheap like me, if you can afford it buy it. It’s worth every dime.

Der Adapter ist wirklich eine super Plug and Play Lösung. Update auf die neueste Firmware war nicht nötig, da die aktuellste Version bereits auf dem Empfänger ist. Ich habe es trotzdem getan.
Einfach auf die Internetseite von 8bitdo, und das Gerät mit dem beigefügten USB C Kabel verbinden und an den PC anschließen, Produkt auswählen und herunterladen , dann entpacken mit 7zip zb. und den Installationsprozess starten fertig.
Den Adapter in meinem Fall an die PS2 anschließen, habe meinen Dualshock 4 genommen, am Adapter den pairing Knopf drücken und am Controller die PS Taste, sowie die beiden Tasten Options und Share gleichzeitig drücken, kurz warten und fertig.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden, das Gerät erfüllt was es verspricht. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann das es den Adapter nicht in Schwarz gibt, würde besser zu meiner Konsole passen und das man nach jedem Ausschalten der Konsole, den pairing Vorgang wiederholen muss.
Ich kann den Empfänger nur empfehlen und würde ihn mir wieder kaufen, im Anbetracht dessen was Wireless Controller für PS2 Kosten, es gibt ja aus der Zeit, von Third Party Produzenten (Logitech) welche. Die sind meistens Teuer, gebraucht und sehr selten.
