Excellent Modern Controller for indie/retro gamers
Used this controller for 200-300 hrs with no finger cramps and no problem pulling off combos in fighting games. Being. a Pc gamer right now where fighting games are on sale I spent $75 fo a bunch of fighting games including the Street fight humble bundle. Playing every street fighter with this controller is excellent. One of the best dpads I ever used and playing RPGs movement is flawless and doesn’t have any problems. For $29 you’re getting an excellent 2d indie controller without spending a fortune. Been using 8bitdo for years with no problem. Also note that you can’t use this controller with the ultimate software so some 2d games may have controller issues if they don’t allow custom controller mapping. Battery life is excellent and can last 40-50 hrs before dying

Controls feel solid and the matte texture of the controller feels really good in the hands, this controller is a close second in regards to 3rd party Genesis controllers for me, only second to the RetroBit controller licensed by Sega (so technically official, I guess?)
Only personal gripe I have with it is that I wish there'd been a dedicated button to turn the controller on/off, as though I don't mind the button combo to turn it on, I don't like that the controller just needs to go idle for a couple minutes to turn off... Idk, to me it feels like it's wasting battery life that could've been alleviated by a single switch.
Overall, a great retro-style controller to use with emulation!
