✨ 🌈 Celebrating Pride Month at Tripledot Studios 🌈 ✨ At Tripledot Studios, we believe in creating an inclusive space where everyone feels safe and welcome. This June, we celebrated Pride Month with several exciting events that brought our community closer together: ▶ For Flag Day 🏳️🌈, we came to work dressed in the colours of our favourite flags inspired by our offices' posters and decor. ▶ In London and Barcelona, we hosted Drag Bingo 🦄 events, supporting local Queens and having a great time with the team. ▶ One of our talented team members led a fun and educational Drag Makeup Tutorial 💄. ▶ Our friend and guest Chris Paouros ⚽ ❤️ inspired us with her work on creating welcoming queer spaces in football during her speech. ▶ We held a Queer Lunch 🍭 in our London office to connect and learn more about each other. ▶ We celebrated queer stories and filmmakers with Movie Nights 🎬 across all our locations. ▶ We added new books and games about queer stories and by queer authors to our Library 📚 and Console 🎮 collection. ▶ Our Internal Podcast 🎙 featured our queer team members sharing their stories. ▶ We created a Spotify Playlist 🎵 with favourite songs from our queer team members, available for everyone to enjoy - https://lnkd.in/eV6N3s6V. These events remind us how important it is to support and celebrate our LGBTQ+ community. We’re committed to creating an environment where everyone at Tripledot Studios feels valued and respected, and we will continue to do our best to achieve this. Happy Pride to all! Celebrating Our Team's Expertise! 🚀 Recently, our talented colleagues have shared their knowledge and experience at various events. We are excited to highlight their contributions and spread the word about their impact on the industry. 🌐 Anastasia Pasiuk our Senior Business Analyst from the Warsaw office recently presented a webinar for the IIBA Poland Chapter on "Business Analysis on Data Products: Bringing Marketing and Data Together." She shared her extensive experience in business analysis on projects that focus on the needs of marketing organisations and leverage data effectively. 💡 Another Senior Business Analyst Hanna Mukhava also took the stage at an IIBA Poland Chapter webinar, discussing the "Crucial Role of Soft Skills in the IT Landscape." Her insights highlighted the importance of soft skills in navigating the complexities of the IT industry. 📈 Our Marketing Manager Karan Bhavnani spoke at the first UA Society Unplugged event in Istanbul on the topic "Measure What Matters: How to Win at IAA." He provided UA managers and leaders with a framework for tackling everyday UA challenges and shared an anecdote about how not all UA problems have UA solutions. 🎮 Ben Barta our Senior Growth Manager was featured in an interview for Behind the Apps: Mobile Marketing Talks by AVOW, where he discussed challenges and opportunities in the mobile gaming industry, mobile user acquisition strategies, and mobile OEM advertising. 🎤 Lastly, our VP of Client Development Kazimierz Łuska was a guest on the Evolution Inspires podcast hosted by Sol Bate. He shared personal stories and advice for aspiring game engineers, offering insights from his career journey. His story is both inspiring and practical, aimed at helping those who want to make games for a living. Celebrating Ramadan at Tripledot Studios 🌙 Our Jakarta office celebrated Ramadan on March 22nd, 2024, by coming together for an Iftar dinner. The team broke the fast together, enjoyed traditional foods and sweet desserts, and played games. We're excited to share our recent collaboration with the EY Foundation on the Tech Futures work experience program. Last week, we had the honour of hosting ten incredibly bright and talented young individuals at Tripledot Studios. Together, we explored different areas of the gaming industry, from Product and Game Design to Marketing and Engineering. 🎮 Our CEO Lior Shiff joined us, sharing his personal experiences and the exciting paths available in gaming. A big shout-out to the students for their eagerness and insights: Nika Hamid, Yousha B., Maisha Miah, Samson Adom, Albert Barbu, Gloria Nzuli, Rumman Chowdhury, Hafsa A., Ali Saleh and Fatima Ali. A huge appreciation to our Tripledot team members who contributed their expertise: Raheem Farooq, Amy Caroline Goodenough, Amelia Jones, Kazimierz Łuska and Dhruva Aaradhya. #InspireInclusion is this year’s theme for the International Women’s Day. It emphasizes the importance of diversity, inclusion and empowerment, things that we’re always trying to promote, here at Tripledot Studios. We held office movie nights in London, Jakarta, and Warsaw, where we got together to watch these movies: Nyad, Hidden Figures, and Wolfwalkers. While these movies differ in genre and setting, they all share powerful themes about breaking barriers, courage, and empowerment from the point of view of women. We also put up posters around the office to show the great achievements of women in the gaming industry, and we had a great time playing games created by these inspirational women! We aim to inspire and remind our teams that by championing inclusion, the company will unlock our full potential - more creativity, more innovation, and better decision making. 🚀  #InspireDiversity #InspireRepresentation #InspireInclusion
