Refund policy

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • When items are in stock and ready to ship out, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • (For some products there are lead times. These will be communicated on the product page and blog)
  • You will receive another email with a tracking link when your order has shipped.

Shipping Regions and currencies/taxes

  • Depending on location of residence, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country/the delivery address.
  • Tundra Labs will accurately declare the value of the package and is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the customer’s responsibility.

Checking order status

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to start working.
  • After items have been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, please first work with the courier to resolve any shipping issues if they occur.

Shipping exceptions:

  • Russia: We currently do not ship any orders to the Russian Federation.
  • Europe: For future releases, we will be selling Tundra Products from both tundra-labs.com and UnboundXR.

Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the condition is like new.
  • Customers are liable for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is defective.
  • If an item is defective, our support team would be happy to figure out a fix or issue a repair/replacement. You can contact them here.
  • Once the item has been received in like-new condition, a refund for the returned items will be issued through the original payment method. We strive to issue this refund within 7 working days. Depending on the payment method, receiving the refund might take anywhere between another 3-10 workdays.

RMA & Warranty information (global)

  • If an item is not functional as a consequence of a manufacturing defect or flaw within the first year of ownership, our support team will work with you to issue a repair or replacement.
  • Return labels will be generated for customers to return the item(s) to the region's distribution center.

RMA & Warranty information (European Union)

  • If an item is not functional as a consequence of a manufacturing defect or flaw within the first two years of ownership, a support team will work with you to issue a repair or replacement to the extent of EU regulation.
  • If you have ordered your item from UnboundXR.eu, please contact them to arrange a replacement or repair.
  • If you have ordered your item from tundra-labs.com, please contact our support team here to arrange a replacement or repair.

    Refunds

    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
    • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for cost of products only on your original payment method minus cost of shipping (US Customers).
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
