Patchy's "Risky Extension" Tactic (Currently Outdated)

Just some testing I did with tactics. Ideally would be a more dynamic counter to Guerrilla Warfare then just outright banning it.

Included in MW-X-R/SF-X-L/MA-L towards the end of each tree to buff them up somewhat (GBP already does fair enough against MA by itself). It is unlikely to be chosen unless the general/FM has Panzer Leader, Combined Arms Expert, or Aggressive Assaulter. This is mostly because basic infantry bricks are likely to take high losses or fail to pin.
