Lag issue

Hello, Someone on youtube mentioned that my game seems to be running a bit slow (my bear appears to move about 80% speed compared to other examples of gameplay on youtube. Other than that, I occasionally drop a few frames here and there, and I think the same happens to inputs/released inputs.
