I tried but it always recognize the keyboard as one.

So you can shoot with Z, X and Spacebar. X is "Slap Shot" Spacebar & Z are the same "Wrist Shot". As far as I can tell the main difference is that X "Slap Shot" will cause the puck to rotate upon shooting, while Z/Spacebar "Wrist Shot" has less spin on the puck. I'm still working out exactly what importance these different shots have....

I bought a new laptop and when I was trying to play this game all my progress was not recognized, so I tried to copy the files from the old pc (location C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Dog_Gone_Golfing) to the same folder on the new laptop.
