This game has left me with many questions ever since I last played it. It's surprising magic isn't cracked down upon, when the runes clearly go as far back as the Old Walls, and they're off limits. Does training 'expensive' skills give more skill point XP than 'cheaper' skills (presupposing both skills are trained up from the same rank)? When respeccing skills, certain skills are more expensive to raise than others. Notably the weapon skills have a much higher skill point cost to raise than the support skills and control magic skills do, and the Dodge and Parry support skills in particular are even cheaper than the other support skills such as Lore, Athletics and Subterfuge. Has anyone ever experienced a bug where the effects of the Edict follow the characters everywhere? I left the Stone Sea, but I still have the magic debuff of the Edict of Stone at all times. That's is frustrating given that I'm a mage, and most of my pertinent skills are magic. Nothing I do seems to remove the effect, even if I cast another Edict on my current location....
