Do they all take place in the same universe? The ending of this game implies possible I live under your house/It live under your house could be?

I`ve tried a lot of stuff: i`ve decided that the world should live, i`ve made the opposite decision, i`ve killed everyone, i`ve tried different answers, i`ve eaten rotten food...i don`t know what else i can do but 2 achievements are still missing
