PC European Pre-Alpha Tech Test Announcement

The Delta Force: Hawk Ops PC European Pre-Alpha Technical Test will officially start on July 11! Please note: this technical test is separate to the larger-scale PC Alpha Test launching later in July. Operators who have qualified for the test can access the game via the download link in their mail notifications or through Steam Playtest.

1. Test Details

1) Start time: The small-scale European technical test begins on July 11 at UTC+0 8:00.
2) End time: The test is expected to end on July 18, with the server closed and data deleted.
3) Test type: Limited access technical test with data deletion.
4) Platform: PC
5) Country / Region: European regions including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Ukraine, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

2. Test Content Summary

1) Game modes: Hazard Operations (Normal Operations / Confidential Operations) and Havoc Warfare (Attack and Defend), excluding the Black Hawk Down campaign.
2) Hazard Operations maps: Zero Dam, Layali Grove
3) Havoc Warfare maps: Ascension, Cracked.
4) Operators: D-wolf - Kai Silva, Stinger - Roy Smee, Luna - Luna Kim, Shepherd - Terry Musa, Vyron - Wang Yuhao, Hackclaw - Mai Xiaowen.

1) Recommended specifications:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6500, AMD Ryzen 5 1500X or
- Graphics card: (5GB VRAM): NVIDIA GTX1060 5G, AMD RX5500XT, Intel Arc A580 or better
- RAM: 16GB or more

2) Minimum specifications:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-3550 or AMD FX-8300E

Delta Force: Hawk Ops Partners with Twitch

After officially unveiling our PC Alpha Test date at TwitchCon EU 2024 - that's July 18, in case you missed it - we're announcing even more exciting collaborations with our friends at Twitch.

Twitch Drops

We're pumped to roll out five rounds of Twitch Drops during our upcoming PC Alpha Test. These will be available on:

July 18
July 19
July 20
July 24
July 31

So what does this mean? Anyone streaming Delta Force: Hawk Ops on Twitch over those days can enable Twitch Drops on their channel. Then, once a viewer binds their Twitch account to their Delta Force: Hawk Ops account, watching one hour or more of that streamer's content will reward them with a Steam key for the PC Alpha Test - it's a win-win for everyone!

Streamer Challenges

Once the PC Alpha Kicks off on July 18 we'll be running a series of fun streamer-focused challenges. This will be an opportunity for streamers to showcase their sweet Delta Force skills - however, we'll also be turning the tables, putting a bounty on their heads and inviting players to track them down in-game!

PC Alpha Test Begins July 18

Getting Access to the Alpha Test

Content Included in the Alpha Test

The Delta Force: Hawk Ops PC Alpha Test will include both of the game's primary multi-player game modes:

Hazard Operations
Welcome to the extraction shooter, Delta Force style! You begin by carefully selecting a loadout, including weaponry, armor, and health items, before being deployed in a 3-person squad to a random location on the map and tasked with locating and extracting the most valuable resources.

Standing in your way are cunning AI-controlled enemy forces, as well as the most dangerous foe of them all - squads of rival players. Get taken out by enemy forces, or fail to reach your extraction point, and you risk losing everything - the weapons and items you brought into the match, as well as any loot picked up along the way. Only items stored in your safe box will be sent back to base following each game.

Havoc Warfare
This is Delta Force: Hawk Ops at its most bombastic, featuring full-on warfare across huge maps utilizing a variety of land, sea and air vehicles. This mode is all about map dominance, as two opposing sides (32 v 32 with 4-person squads) will battle for control of strategic points on the map.

The PC Alpha Test will feature two Havoc Warfare maps. Expect many more in the full release.

In addition, the PC Alpha Test will give players a taste of the game's extended Gunsmith system, as well as its unique playable Operators:

Gunsmith System
Over 40 weapons from the full version of Delta Force: Hawk Ops will be available to try out during the PC Alpha Test. Not only that, players will also have access to the extensive Gunsmith system, allowing for customization of many aspects of your firearm's handling and design. Choose from a wide assortment of stocks and sights, and fine-tune precise details such as the exact position of your fore grip.

Meet the Operators
The Global Threat Initiative (G.T.I.) is made up of combat veterans from around the world. These are the best of the best, with each Operator bringing their own unique ability to the table. A tight-knit squad of G.T.I. Operators utilizing their tactical equipment in perfect synergy is a force to be reckoned with. The following six Operators from the full version of Delta Force: Hawk Ops will be available to try during the Alpha Test:
