if i buy the original State of Decay steam key will I get the yose edition for free along with it? or I have to buy yose edition separately

Anyone by any chance has a save with the killer mission on? No matter how many times i got my survivours sick (no infirmary) and despite me literally destroying ALL of my medicine in the stash, they always get healed back so i never get the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission to kill them. So, anyone willing to share a save like that? I'm really not feeling like spending another 3 hours grinding this BS...

Does anyone happen to have a key/gift for this original release of State of Decay? I've been looking for it for a long time and the only options available are shady key resellers for over-inflated prices.
