A really good game, although I dont like it when a 97% shot misses.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown tells a pretty simple story: Aliens are invading, and the newly-commissioned XCOM Project is responsible for fighting this new extraterrestrial threat. XCOM is a collection of Earth’s best and brightest soldiers and scientists, and is overseen and funded by a shadow council of nations. The interplay between the council and the XCOM Project becomes an important gameplay point as you can only respond to so many threats worldwide; sacrifices will need to be made, but if too many nations pull XCOM’s funding because you’ve let their country be overrun by the aliens, you’ll lose.

PROS: Superb tactical combat; awesome war council R&D management; story is amazing; the enemy within DLC made this game so much better; replay value is rich; smart & challenging enemy AI

CONS: soundtrack lacks memorable tunes; at times it was really unforgiving, with too many choices to decide at once, and all of them at risk of losing either a soldier or a council member state

CONCLUSION: All in all it's a must play PC game, because of all the great contents that XCOM enemy within has to offer!
