it has bug called "translation not found" and devs just dont care about it. just dont by it.

Story mode took away development time from the actual fun part of the game, the dungeon. Ultimately the game is a mess because of it, supported for the concept, lacklustre execution.

My dad bought me this game a few months ago because he loved it. I played it once and didn't find it especially engaging, but the art-style was sweet and I can clearly see a passionate dev team behind it ... but my first run softlocked. The maze generation, or whatever the system is called, simply didn't generate a path forward for me. I looked around menus and whatever else for 5 minutes to see if I was missing something, but I wasn't. This didn't make me feel very engaged with the gameplay loop, to say the least. I'm sure it's in a better state now, and I'm sure the dev team is wonderful, but picking in binary between "Recommend" and "Don't Recommend" ... if last I played it it had been on itch.io, sure. But this is a steam game, that costs money, and the experience I had was not worth the money spent on it.
