I'm having a ton of fun, but I'm also getting REALLY tired of when the game just decides CPUs are allowed under my net despite my hoop protector being active . No, it's not Sabotage, it's just the game bugging. A dunk occurs, the enemy robot jitters, and continues walking under my hoop zone. I just had a Beast/Techie opponent where Beast never left my net, staying glitched under it multiple times to keep me CC locked, and Techie had 3 turrets up at all times. All this on round 3 or 4. So my partner and I are loving the game except issue is we haven't been able to progress through the story and upgrade. It keeps saying to connect to the Internet your first time playing even though we are and were. Currently playing it through shared library and on a steam deck if that helps at all....

Some players brought up they don't want player switching to be automatic, and I'm considering how to implement it as an option. Current ideas are: 1) - no player swap when CPU grabs the ball - when the CPU has the ball pressing the alley-oop button makes them pass the ball to you - pressing pass/switch with no ball = switch character, pressing with the ball = pass. This is just a game breaker. Been playing with a few pals and when your bots are max level the powers randomize and give you something that breaks your build. For example my chomper will be geared for shielding and then we hit a level up and such. We explicitly avoid teleport so we can't get it and ruin our build. You beat the level and your rewards are not the same as what you chose. It changed to teleport and something else. Not only that but you can't skip or pass on upgrades at all. Lost before complet...
