Why aren't there steam achievements incorporated in this title as before? Having steam achievements make the game more challenging and fun to complete

Seeing as this game was out on mobile for a while already, I wonder if there are microtransactions, because I wouldn't want to pay 10€ for a game with Microtransactions.

Do you know if the PC version will have events, new levels, upgrades, any stocks and etc.?

I just started the game, managed to get every puzzle piece so far EXCEPT the challenge where you need to find a bunch of Oliver's and score 100 pts. I'm only able to get up to 30 pts, is there some strategy I'm missing?
