[SOLVED] I don't know how to adjust the graphics

I set it up while playing, but as soon as I sit on the motorbike and start riding, I experience a drastic drop in frames and slow motion inside the camp. I have never had this problem with any game before. What can I do?

Win 11, Ryzen 5 x2600, 16GB, 5500 XT

Not sure what was the deal with that, but this fixed the problem. I will reenable after I finish this superb game.

I've seen this several times in the past, from what I remember it was either CPU usage or audio output settings

CPU usage is ok and unfortunately it is not audio output. This is unplayable :(
