Requested change to filter 110[edit]
I would suggest a change to global filter 110 that can exclude a specific sentence from eswiki when users are creating new pages with a new page wizard, some cleanup and optimization, and excluded MediaWiki since it has its own emoji filter; here's the new code:

I am 'sysop' and 'translationadmin' MediaWiki.org, and can write mass messages to talk pages of anothers translators. But not every translator has account on MediaWiki.org as main. Sometime I want send info about waiting pages, but only Meta-Wiki user with a rights of 'massmessage sender' can write the global messages to another wiki of Wikimedia farm. It's all. Greetings, I engaged in some discussion on User talk:Lighthumormonger, and I have found this editor to be disingenuous. They have been evasive, obtuse, and combative about simple questions. I've opened a case on Commons because I identified serious issues of deception and false copyright claims. They've engaged in original research and other policy violations on enwiki. They had some trouble on itwiki as well. It seems that they've been hopping around, and trolling as they go. Their account was created as early as April 2023, but this alleged "Wikipedia Editors Guild" was hardly mentioned two weeks ago. Their topic interests are all over the map. There is a façade of civility and cooperation, but the recent disruption here on their Meta user talk page has left me with no choice but to escalate this issue. Thank you. - As I just replied over at Elizium23's commons.wikimedia ani board posting from just a few minutes ago, I'm just trying to improve WP one edit at a time here. If Elizium23 would like to discuss any more with me about any of this, my Wikimedia user talk page is open to him for a 'mutually respectful' conversation anytime. If LHM has something to say, they can say it in a public forum without being personal. I have nothing personal on LHM and I do not wish to be personally involved with this drama. - Your edit was blocked by an abuse filter. Normally, the problem should be resolved if you use the nospam template correctly (please check the template's documentation (here) for more information.
