Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - Wings of Fury is a prequel novel to the video game Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, written by Brittney Morris and published by Titan Books. It was released on November 10, 2020.

The story focuses on Miles Morales grappling with the responsibility of being a Spider-Man as he deals with Vulture and Starling setting experimental tech onto the streets of New York City.

Plot[]

After moving into their new apartment and having lunch, Ganke decides to leave to Brooklyn Visions Academy, Rio then tells Miles that He should explore his new neighborhood. After walking down the street for a little bit he hears a couple of screams like someone is getting robbed. So he hides in a nearby alley and changes into his Spider-Suit. But when He opens it he realizes that Ganke accidentally took Miles' Backpack instead of his. He tries to stop the crime not in his suit until he is knocked down by a man that looks similar to him. Afterwards he gets beaten up by the shop owner who got robbed, Miles Morales almost gets arrested until Peter Parker shows up and reveals to the police that Miles isn't the person who robbed the store owner and shows them the real thief behind the robbery.

Afterwards Miles takes the subway to he and Ganke's dorm room two blocks away from Brooklyn Visions Academy. After he receives his backpack he accidentally wakes up Ganke, After explaining to him of what happened he decides to leave and go swing around the city for a little. After resting on a rooftop Ganke sends Miles a video of a strange video of a bird like creature digging through a dumpster. After he watches the video Peter joins him to have a talk.
