The Into the Spider-Verse Suit is a suit players may equip for Miles Morales in Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Marvel's Spider-Man 2.

It is part of the "Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Launch Edition Pre-order Pack" for the game that grants players instant access to two different suits, three skill points and a gadget. Due to being a movie suit, it does not posses any suit styles.

Characteristics[]

Design-wise, the physical appearance of the suit is based on that of Miles' default look, complete with color scheme of black with red highlights. On this suit, however, the red highlights are much more vibrant in color than on the default look. Unlike the Classic Suit and most of its other iterations (such as Animated Suit), this suit is repainted from Peter Parker's Into the Spider-Verse style Classic Suit.

Gadget Mods / Unique Features[]

In Miles Morales, both of these properties serves as gadget mods, while in Marvel's Spider-Man 2, it serves as a unique feature while wearing this costume, the same goes for other Spider-Verse trilogy-related costumes when turning on Screen Effect options Film Style Animation and Comic Book Effects separately:

  • Visor Mod: The suit comes with the Bam! Pow! Wham! Visor Mod, replacing most realistic hit effects with those of comic-based combat hit effects.
  • Suit Mod: The suit comes with the Vibe the Verse Suit Mod, which alters Miles's frame rate movements to match the film's frame rate.

Original appearance[]

The suit is based on Miles Morales' second costume of his own design, used only at the climax of the 2018 animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. It was created after Wilson Fisk killed Aaron Davis, when the latter regretfully learns his nephew is the second Spider-Man, following this event, Miles is tied up to his chair after being told that he is not ready to face Fisk by Peter B., and left to his room by his lonesome. After an interaction with his Father, Jefferson Davis, Miles goes to Aunt May's House where he heads to the Spider-Cave, where he is met by May Parker who gives him one of Peter Parker's original suits, to which, he modifies via spray painting black (leaving the soles and fingers unpainted), and adding a red spider logo, alongside shoulder accents to mirror his comic appearance.

The suit also makes a cameo in the 2023 short film The Spider Within: A Spider-Verse Story
