BGMI: BGIS 2024 Semi-Finals Now Underway; All You Need To Know About the Competing Teams, Week 1 Day 1 Standings, Road to Finale, and More
Team XSpark took the lead on Day 1.
BGIS 2024 is now officially underway, as the top 32 teams are set to compete against each other during Week 1 playoffs, hoping to be one of the eight teams that qualify for the finals from the first week of the semi-finals. Here are the participating teams, prize pool, how Week 1 Day 1 went, and information about the grand finale.
Currently, Week 1 is underway, kicking off on June 6, 2024 and ending on June 9, 2024. Week 2 will commence on June 13, and we’ll have our complete list of finalists by June 16, 2024.

The BGMI 2024 semi-finals feature 16 teams that have reached this stage after coming from the fourth round of qualifiers, and 16 teams from the Wildcard stage.

Week 1 Day 1 saw Team XSpark lead the table with 42 points, with Raven Esports in second position with 35 points. Raven is closely followed by Zero Recoil, who trail them by a point as they sit at third in the table with 34 points. MOGO Esports is fourth in BGIS 2024 semi-final standings with 32 points, and FS Esports is fifth on the table with 30 points.

Road to finale and prize pool
The top 16 teams from the semi-final will qualify for the grand finale to compete for the BGIS 2024 prize pool of ₹2 crores. These 16 teams will be decided through two weeks of semi-finals. The top 8 teams from Week 1 will head to the grand-finale, whereas the rest 24 teams will head to Week 2, and the top 8 teams from Week 2 will qualify for the grand finale. BGIS 2024 grand finale takes place on June 28-30 at Hall 4, HITEX Exhibition Center, Hyderabad.
